From Podcast to Practice: Live Online Course on Life & Careers in Germany
Do you enjoy the podcast “Inside Deutschland: Your Guide to Working in Germany” and would be interested in discussing the topics more in-depth? In this live online course, we’ll take the podcast one step further—using it as a core learning resource while creating a space for interactive, in-depth discussions to help you navigate and thrive in the German job market. Based on Season 2 of "Inside Deutschland: Your Guide to Careers in Germany", this online course is designed for young talents (ages 25–35) who are about to graduate or have up to five years of professional experience.
Course Overview and Structure
This 5-week course combines self-paced listening with interactive group sessions. Each week, you'll dive into two podcast episodes (around 30–45 minutes each), offering valuable insights into building a career in Germany. You'll then join a 60-minute live session every week to discuss the content, ask questions, and connect with other participants. At the end of the course, you’ll have the option to complete a short quiz and feedback survey. Participants who attend at least four out of the five live sessions and finish the quiz will receive a certificate of completion.

Learning Goals
Participants will be able to analyze and critically reflect on the key content of the podcast and apply it to their own personal or professional challenges.
They will evaluate the relevance of each topic for their individual career paths and develop strategies for practical implementation.
Through active participation in discussions and live sessions, participants will deepen their understanding and engage in meaningful exchange with peers.
By the end of the course, participants will demonstrate their acquired knowledge (e.g. through a quiz) and receive a certificate as proof of their competence.
